Heather Wadsworth is a family law lawyer who focuses on alternative dispute resolution processes such as collaborative law, mediation, and negotiated settlements.

She empowers her clients to choose the process that is right for them and their families. Heather was called to the Bar in 2016 and has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. Heather was the recipient of Robson Hall’s “Emerging Leader” Award in 2024 and was recently appointed a “Jurist” of Robson Hall.
